Realme C55 is the latest addition to the Realme C series. As we informed you earlier, it will be released on March 8, 2023. Realme kept its promise and released it in Indonesia for the time being. But soon it will be available everywhere globally also. With its mid-range specs and hardware, the price should be around 35000 in Pakistan. The phone’s main highlight is its mini capsule, which is quite similar to iPhone’s dynamic island, which will show data usage, charging status and many other notifications. And it will also be improved by later updates. Users can choose between three different unique colors; Rainy Night, Sun shower and Rainforest.
As we know, the Realme C55 falls in the lower mid-range section, so it has an IPS LCD but worries not, it comes with a 90 Hz refresh rate. So there will be no lag during the day-to-day scrolling. However, using 90 Hz will consume a little more battery, but it’s worth it. So the display is 6.72 inches full HD with a cutout in the center for the selfie camera.
Mediatek Helio G88 processor powered the Realme C55. It’s a 12 nm Octa-core processor with Mali-G52 GPU. It is enough for light working and even can run games like PUBG lite. The Realme Mobile is available in two different configurations; either 6/128 or 8/256. There is also the option of expendable RAM. The storage can be increased up to 1 TB through a microSD slot. The mobile runs on Realme UI 4.0 based on Android 13 out of the box.
As we talk about the battery consumption due to 90 Hz but worry not, there is a heavy battery backup of 5000mAh. And if the battery runs out, now a 33W superVOOC charger is there to refill it. Realme new phone C55 comes with a 33w charger instead of 18W.
For capturing Pictures and Videos, Realme new mobile C55 has a dual camera setup with a flashlight. The main camera is 64MP Primary wide sensor with a 2MP depth sensor for the portraits. The selfie shooter is an 8MP wide sensor.
Additional Realme include features NFC, Bluetooth 5.1, dual 4G VoLTE, etc. You will happily know that there is a 3.5mm jack also. As the screen is LCD, the fingerprint sensor is side-mounted.
