Realme phone C55

Realme is ready to add one more mobile into its C series. It is releasing Realme C55 on March 7. All the speculations surrounding this Realme mobile are finally confirmed by Realme Indonesia, as there is a special promotion page on their website for Realme C55. The new Realme phone comes with an iconic Dynamic Island-like feature, also called the mini capsule, which we have seen in IPhone and Xiaomi 13 lite was the first android phone with this feature.

Realme C55 is full HD plus a 90 Hz screen of 6.6 inches with a punch hole in the centre. As it is not AMOLED, the fingerprint sensor is side mounted. This display has a peak brightness of 680 nits which will be enough even in sunlight. As we discussed, the display would come with a mini capsule, which is a happy development for the company. This mini capsule will show notifications like charging alerts, steps count, data usage, walking distance, etc.

Realme’s new mobile C55 will come with the MediaTek processor. So, the mobile will run on the Helio G88 chipset. It will be quite enough for light gaming and day-to-day work. The Realme C55 will be available in two variants; 6GB/128 and 8GB/256. It will also offer 6GB and 8GB extended RAM if needed. It will come with android 13-based UI 4.0 out of the box. To increase the storage of the mobile, a microSD card slot is also dedicated. So memory can be expanded up to 1TB.
In the battery department, the C55 packs a 5000 mAh big battery supporting a 33W fast charger. Usually, C series mobiles come with 18W. So it’s a good upgrade that even mid-range users will get a 33W fast charger. This battery backup is quite good for light use with some heavy tasks.

The mobile will have a dual camera set up with a 64mp main wide sensor. It will come with options like portrait, panorama and night mode also. The selfie shooter will be 8mp in the central cutout of the display. Moreover, there will also be NFC availability in Realme C55. A 3.5mm headphone jack will also be given, which is rare nowadays. The fingerprint sensor is side mounted. For connectivity purposes, Bluetooth, WLAN, 4g bands, and LTE will be available for users.
