Exciting news for Vivo fans as the company officially launched its new V29 Series in Pakistan. Vivo broke the news earlier this month that the V29e and V29 smartphones will be available in Pakistan from October 17, 2023. Finally, the wait is over as two members of the Vivo V29 series (V29 and V29e) are available to grab on the official site of Vivo Pakistan.
The announcement was made through social media posts featuring Pakistani cricket superstar Babar Azam. He has been a brand ambassador of Vivo Mobile for three years now. Babar Azam was the main face during the promotion of Vivo V25e, V25 and V27e phones. Both line-ups were a great success, one reason is Babar Azam’s popularity. However, the Vivo V series has become famous due to its impressive specs and features. They are the Vivo 5G Phone. Software-wise, they run the Funtouch OS 13 based on Android 13.
Vivo V29 shows off three beautiful colors: purple Fairy, Himalayan Blue, and Space Black. The device ships with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G chip with 8-core processing units. This is an upper mid-range chip that can manage all kinds of duties. The two variants available regarding memory configuration are 8/128GB and 12/256GB. Under the hood, it packs a 4600 mAh battery, replenished with an 80W fast charging option. The Vivo phone V29 has a curved AMOLED panel on the display, which features a 120Hz refresh rate. The FHD+ (2800 x 1260px) display is 6.78 inches in size. On the rare side of Vivo’s new phone V29, a trio of cameras is placed on a rectangular island with a special Ring LED flashlight. The primary one is 50 MP, which boasts OIS support; the ultra-wide camera is 8 MP, and a 2 MP monochrome sensor is given to fill the space. A 50 MP snapper sits in the front punch hole for video chats and selfies.
Vivo V29e comes with color-changing back covers, which are UV light sensitive. So, when the sunlight falls on the back lid, the Red color becomes black. The dual-tone back side features two colors: Artistic Blue and Artistic Red. The Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 SoC powering unit is built on a 6nm process. It is paired with 8/128GB or 8/256GB of storage, adding speed and providing ample space for keeping more data in the mobile. While the rare side flaunts a 64 MP wide shooter with OIS and an 8 MP ultra-wide with increased FOV.
